I was born and raised in New York City where hustle, heart, and hard work are just part of everyday life. I started my career in dentistry over 16 years ago, and like many of us, I wore a lot of hats: assistant, front desk, office manager, you name it. I worked in offices that ran like clockwork and others that felt like they were always one emergency away from falling apart. And through it all, one thing became clear: the right team makes all the difference.

I saw firsthand how challenging it was to find reliable, skilled professionals who not only had the experience, but also fit the culture of a practice. I knew we could do better and not just by filling roles, but by making meaningful connections. That’s when the idea for FabySmiles started to grow.
